February is upon us and I have some fun things coming up this month to share with all of you. For starters, it’s been snowing so much and I am loving how pretty our surroundings are here in New England. Our boys enjoyed back to back snow days and it’s been so fun to be out in a winter wonderland.

I haven’t gotten out and about much, except around my area because of the pandemic. I’m excited to have a safe little getaway to one of my favorite New England places this month. It’s going to be so nice to have a change of surroundings for a few days and enjoy some perfectly New England outdoor pastimes.

There are a few things to unpack, so I’ll get right to it!

Ocean House, RI—This hotel property really is one of the gems of New England! I recently joined a couple of my favorite New England brands and friends for a safe photo shoot day featuring some very special apparel and jewelry. You can see my Ocean House Fondue Village piece here to get all the details on this amazing dining experience in vintage ski gondolas. More soon from that amazing shoot!

Kennebunkport, ME—This most charming of coastal New England towns Paints the Town Red the whole month of February. Hotels, restaurants, and shops deck out Kennebunkport in hearts and red lights. It’s going to be fun to visit and experience it in February for the first time. I’ll be featuring a new hotel property with contactless check in/check out and it’s perfect for extended stays and safe travels. Also, I’ll highlight some great outdoor winter activities, outdoor dining, and the all the charm of the town. Kennebunkport is hands down my favorite place in New England in every season.

Riverbarn— We recently stayed at a new Air BNB in Essex, CT and I will share all the details of this sweet vacation rental that is perfect for couples and families with older children. A great winter escape!

Navy Bleu Cashmere Sweaters & Allison Cole Bracelets— Two favorites! Navy Bleu recently unveiled their new Cashmere with a Purpose collection and it’s so wonderful! I love all the designs! It’s a shorter month and with a special travel planned I didn’t want to overload on projects. There are a few small shops and home brands I’ll be featuring in the days ahead too. Think handbags and candles 🙂
