In two weeks, I’m heading somewhere that is giving me all the summertime vibes just thinking about it. It seems odd to think about travel during these times, but in a few days our state is going to start opening up back up. I know it will be a slow roll into our normal lives again, and personally, I will be slowly easing into going places still with my mask. This one little close to me travel is going to be a safe and socially distanced environment, so I am so excited to break free for a bit. It makes me think that brighter days are ahead. We will go on vacations this summer— not overseas, but closer destinations. It won’t be forever this time we’re in right now. There’s so much to look forward to and stay positive about. There! That’s our little pep talk for today.

So, a few of these I have and haven’t gotten to use yet—hopefully, once we are out and about more. I love the texture the wicker ones add for summer travels and days on the shore. #10 from J. McLaughlin is very similar to the one I showed in the top picture that I was gifted last year. It got me HOOKED on the wicker bag and J. McLaughlin sure does make a good one!! I used it soooo much last summer and I can’t wait to take it out for a spin again. I’m into that seashell shaped one too—I might have to pull the trigger on that one.

It’s going to be interesting to see how things re-opening will go around here. We are sandwiched right between New York and Massachusetts, which have been two hot spots for COVID-19. Praying for the best.
