Hi, I’m Kristy, an interiors junkie and woman striving to dress like every day is a stroll through an English countryside or preparing for a fox hunt. All kidding aside, I really am an interior stalker and movies like The Holiday give me every excuse to daydream that I am a set designer for a romantic comedy.
As most adorers of fall outfitting, I’m here for all the tweed, tartan, layers and leather. That’s where Joules comes in with their Heritage Collection every autumn. I’m pretty much obsessed with it since I started wearing it a few years ago. I look forward to the new collection every year.
So, as close as I could get to my fantasy of recreating that montage sequence with Cameron Diaz and Jude Law on the grounds of that amazing English estate, I decided what better way to highlight this collection than shooting at my Connecticut version of that scene.
Also, I had to watch The Holiday tonight, since it was the inspiration!
Joules Heritage Collection
The Langley Tweed Jacket is such a hit they brought it back this season! I love the attention to detail with the leather on the pocket seams, the tailoring, the quality of the tweed—so good! It comes with a detachable fur collar and that will be so nice for the winter months too.
The Faybridge Leather Shoulder Purse is beautiful and a great price point. I love the you can carry it or use the shoulder strap. The cutout detail is darling too.
The Blackmore Equestrian Style Boots you will love for years. They are average fit so if you don’t require a wider boot these are perfect. Very comfortable too. I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks now and no issues at all with discomfort.
