As we all know the holiday gatherings are a bit different this year, but that just means we have to find creative ways to enjoy them together. Since being together with friends this year could not happen, we decided to have a virtual cocktail and gift wrapping party together. Thank goodness for Zoom!

I went to my local Christmas Tree Shops location and picked up all my gift wrap, some last minute gifts, and some extra festive touches for my home. Here’s some shots of my virtual party with my friends Mindy of Mindy Briar Blog and Helen of Style Inherited Blog .

Festive Holiday Gift Wrap & Ornaments

Christmas Tree Shops had such a great selection of holiday gift wrap. So many cute prints with lots of plaid—my favorite. They also had double-sided gift wrap which was so fun.

I love adding ornaments to my gifts and found these cute lobster and woven sweater ornaments at Christmas Tree Shops too.

Holiday Cocktail Glasses & Treats

I found this set of Christmas wine glasses at Christmas Tree Shops and bought two sets so I could gift one because I loved them so much. I picked up the Nantucket holiday plates and peppermint bark to enjoy for the party. I am going to use the plates on our dining table for our Christmas dinner this year.

Festive Gifts for Everyone

I was able to find some great gifts for our friends and family at Christmas Tree Shops too. I love these oven mitt & dish towel sets for our neighbor gifts. Also, I found monogrammed tea towels which are perfect for our family members. The wine glasses I had to get for one of my friends too.

Festive Home Decor

I couldn’t resist checking out the holiday home decor as I was shopping in store. They had a huge assortment of nutcrackers, fresh and faux wreaths and greenery, and pillows and throws.

All and all it was just nice to connect and see my friends’ faces over a holiday sip. Hopefully, next holiday season we’ll be doing this in person.
