Beginning to Bloom in Old Wethersfield, CT

I am officially on bloom watch. Although, this next month will most likely be a very local bloom watch. We are lucky to live in such a charming town that is really made to be enjoyed on foot. Ever grateful for it—especially with the current circumstances. With our stay at home order here in Connecticut, we are so thankful for our daily walks. Whether it’s a hike in our woods or a jaunt around town, everyone is being respectful of the guidelines and social distancing well.

Spring blooms are starting show up more and more every day. I thought we could all use some pretty in our lives, so I grabbed my camera for today’s walk and captured some of the latest spring touches around town.

Here’s a little walk through Old Wethersfield…

Hope you enjoyed a glimpse at our latest stroll around town. I think in another week those flower beds are going to be glorious. I do so miss popping into my favorite establishments for a coffee, meal, or provisions. Hoping and praying all our small businesses stay afloat and I hope all of you are safe and healthy.

Until next time,

Kristy
