It’s that time of year when I start thinking about the upcoming change of seasons. Here are some great fall home decor finds in stores now. Personally, I won’t be cozying up our interiors until sometime in September, but that’s just a few weeks away, so now is a great time to see what you’d like to add to your home this fall.
2023 Fall Home Decor Finds

The velvet pumpkins in shades of blue and neutrals are a great addition for fall 2023 if you don’t want too much orange in your interiors. They are very well made and would look great on a fireplace mantel, bar cart, tabletop, or coffee table.
I also really like these woven rattan pumpkins. They add some more texture and interest too.
Burl wood and tortoise glass are ways to add in the warmth of the season without being too seasonal or overtly autumnal. These burl wood boxes, tortoise wine glasses, and tortoise ice bucket are great finds. The tortoise ice bucket is on sale right now.
Wool plaid blankets are always a nice autumn touch to your spaces. Using them on the backs of chairs, in a basket in your guest room, or to keep handy on your sofa in your living room are ways to incorporate them into your home.
This faux trophy antler set is more traditional and rustic but looks great when used in traditional spaces. A nod to hunt or equestrian culture always adds an autumnal feel to your interiors.
Warm wood decor and furniture is definitely having a return to homes in 2023. A set of these wooden candlesticks or dark bamboo picture frames are easy ways add in some more warmth.
Last but not least, those warming fireside sips will hit the spot once the chill arrives in the “BER” months. This decanter and glass set is a classic one ready for your favorite cognac or brandy. It adds a little more polish to your bar cart too.
Naturals & Seasonal Decor
I’ve always been a naturals person. I prefer real plants and flowers and when it comes to seasonal decor. I’m the same way when it comes to fall. I do a lot of pumpkins in our outdoor decorating in the bright oranges, but indoors I usually just do a few white minis on the mantel.
For Halloween, our boys do all that decorating the week before and for Thanksgiving I love styling a seasonal table in those seasonal colors.
But indoors, I do more with creature comforts. Adding in some beautiful decor pieces that aren’t too in your face orange are more my speed. Not knocking it at all, just my personal preference. A seasonal candle, getting the fireside ready, and warmer throw blankets are usually how I bring the season into my interiors.
