The holiday party season is upon us and today I have a great cocktail recipe for you that you can make ahead of time and keep in the fridge until your guests arrive! Holiday Coconut Martini Batch Recipe

1 1/2 c VanGogh Vodka Double Espresso

1/2 c almond milk

1/8 c pineapple juice

1/2 coconut cream

1/2 water
Mix together all ingredients in a pitcher and chill in the fridge. Serve in a martini glass with a coconut flake rim garnish or double the recipe and serve in a punch bowl with espresso beans as a garnish for holiday gatherings. To be extra fancy, add some edible gold dust to the cup rim.
