Holiday Mantel & Festive Treats for Movie Night

This post is sponsored by Christmas Tree Shops. All opinions are mine.

We started watching our favorite holiday movies every Friday night as a family and I’ve partnered with Christmas Tree Shops to dress our fireplace mantel. This year CTS has their largest holiday assortment yet with new items arriving weekly so be sure to stop by throughout the season. In the meantime, here’s some holiday inspiration for you to plan your own weekly holiday movie night.

Cocoa & Sweets

For the ease of easy clean-up after a night of family movie watching, I opted for these cute plaid paper to-go cups for our little cocoa station. CTS had a great selection of holiday foods and drinks. We love Starbucks Peppermint Cocoa and added in candy canes and marshmallows for everyone to help themselves. Barton’s Peppermint Bark is a favorite every holiday season so I had to add that to mix. Also, CTS has a variety of movie candy and my son selected the Peppermint Crunch Junior Mints for his movie snack.

Holiday Decor

It’s always nice to add in a few new Christmas decor pieces every year. This year, we added a new snow globe to our collection. CTS always has a great variety of nutcrackers at great prices, so we choose the smaller mint green pair this year. I love when I find great quality brands in store, and I selected an Illume Evergreen candle for some holiday atmosphere.

Dressing the Fireplace Mantel

I saw these beaded stockings first thing when I shopped recently and loved them. I love dressing the mantel with greenery and keeping it simple with a pair of nutcrackers. I shopped the basket section at CTS and found a sturdy basket perfect for firewood.
