J Crew Factory Fall Finds Just Released

As September approaches, I’ll be sharing some fall finds I’ve spied while shopping for back to school and the whole family the past couple of weeks. Today, I wanted to share my favorites from J Crew Factory that just hit online and in stores. They have a great weekend sale with several new styles up to 50% off with an additional 20% if you spend $125 and up. A great time to snag some new fall finds! J Crew Factory is always a spot we frequent for back to school and I love seeing women’s fall styles arriving, though its not helping with my fall fever-haha!

I ordered and tried their tall sizing in jeans a couple of weeks ago and happy to report they are a great find! They now have corduroys in tall and I just ordered some to try on. I’ll report back soon. Jeans and pants are always the hardest thing for me to find that fit right and I am so happy when stores offer tall sizing in them.

Here are my picks for this September to update your wardrobe for fall…

To Layer & Casually Dress Up a Touch More

That plaid shirt dress has apple orchard written all over it, doesn’t it? So cute paired with those suede boots or wellies to go apple picking. They have some cute blazers if you need a blazer update. I love the houndstooth and herringbone blazers. Their wool city coats are back and that deep green is so striking! A favorite always are their wool cotton blend Teddie sweaters and the green and blue and white striped ones look great under blazers, paired with that corduroy skirt, or with pants or jeans. Layers are always key this time of year as the temps get cooler in the morning and at night, so the sweater jackets are great to have on hand. I often find myself wearing these around the house in the air-conditioning when I am working too. Blue denim or chambray tops and blouses always look great under a camel sweater jacket. The leather woven belt looks cute to belt them in too and wear them just as a sweater.

Casual for Everyday

Fall clothes are just the best, aren’t they?! I’m excited to try on these corduroy pants when they arrive. I ordered a couple different sizes to try and thrilled they come in tall sizing. The deep green chinos are cute too and the jeans here have a touch more stretch than the other skinny jeans I shared a couple weeks ago.

For warmer tops, I love the Donegal fisherman sweater, the fleece button collar (so great for layering!), a good flannel plaid button down, and the cute collared sweater cardigan.

Also, they have some darling shoes online right now. I ordered those houndstooth bow slides. I love a good slip on and go shoe for those school drop off and pick-ups. I might order those sherpa lined corduroy pull-ons too—Look so comfy! The ankle boots come in a few different colors and those faux snake skin loafers would be great to pair with almost all the outfits above.

I hope you all enjoy your summer weekend! Our oldest is off to college (still can’t believe it!!!) and our youngest has until after Labor Day before he starts school again, so we are treasuring these last weeks home together before the busy season really ensues here once again.

I’m doing some home organizing and a few small interior projects this week. I have an old chandelier I’m updating and I’m going to select the wallpaper for our stairwell.

I have a Rockport recap and guide to finish up for you and I’ll share a little bit from out 20 year anniversary trip to Newport too soon. As always you can follow along on Instagram and shop my fall picks for home and your closet on the LTK app.

Happy Fall Shopping!
