As the warm weather is arriving, I’m reaching for my sweaters…at least when I have to be inside working on photo galleries or on meetings…let’s just say the new central air we had installed this spring is really keeping things cool around here! As I’ve been preparing for some June travels, I wanted to share some new fashion finds with you.

Here’s some favorites as of late…

Like I said I’m freezing! (I mean so happy we have new central air!) As I have been reaching for my sweaters lately, I have been wearing this navy rollneck sweater a lot. It’s soft cotton, a nice weight…and a men’s sweater. I just sized down because I liked the men’s version better than the women’s version this season. I wore it the other day paired with these navy linen crop pants for a monochromatic look. I think I’ll repeat this with my cashmere oatmeal rollneck and ivory cotton gauze crops on another day when I have to be inside chained to my computer. I often times wear a tank under them so I can throw them in my bag when I have to run out on a work day. Enter my beach bags as everyday bags…

Honestly, I have sweaters in the rotation a lot even in the summer. I always find I need a layer handy especially when traveling. For a cooler beach night or early morning that decides to be a tad cooler or windier than expected. Happens from time to time here in New England.

Here’s a few more sweaters I’ve had my eye on lately…I think a few might have to come to Nantucket with me next month.

Tretorns & Tennis Skirts

I just ordered these Tretorns and I love the green and yellow. They are my favorite tennis shoe to wear and I love them for travel too. Especially to all those seaside towns with cobblestone streets. The terry cloth interior is so comfortable. They match a lot of my active wear for tennis and pickle ball too.

Speaking of court sports…I finally found some tennis skirts I like. Over the long weekend our club opened and I tried out this tennis skirt and this tennis skirt that I ordered on Amazon. They passed the test and are nicer than the more expensive ones I’ve purchased from sporting goods stores. They stay in place and the built-in shorts don’t ride up. Both are a great find!

Cotton Gauze Separates

I’m not a sweater lady all summer, just indoors in the air-conditioning! It was so nice over the holiday weekend…sunny and mid 80’s and I tried out these tanks and shorts . I’m in love. New favorites that are comfy and breathable. They look super beachy and cute with the right accessories too. I lived in these over the weekend and just ordered more in other colors. I’m going to bring them to MV with me because I can sleep in them and then wake up and walk out to the beach in them. So cute, yet comfortable.

Summer Vacationing Options

I’ve been looking for a few new dresses for nicer occasions and dinners out when we are vacationing this summer. Also, spotted some cute tops. Here’s a few I’m eyeing that I might order. I need to decide soon, but I like the look of all of these.
