I feel like life is moving at warp speed lately! Anyone else feeling that way? With one off to college and one in school and sports again, Topher and I are loving it, but also know we are in THE busy season. Work picks up a lot for both of us and that family- work- life balance becomes another thing to revisit and adjust accordingly.
I really try to keep our weekends work free, even in this busy season, because I believe it’s so important to reconnect and slow down after a week of go, go, go! Here’s some highlights from our Sundays this past month and my latest finds, the “Sunday Scores” , that I haven’t stopped to share with you lately.
Steele Totes. Have you tried the Steele Totes from Mark & Graham? I’m in love! They are perfect for toting things to the coast or even bringing to your kids’ soccer game. It has become my utility tote lately. They have grommets at the bottom and are waterproof so they make a great bag to bring outdoors. So easy to clean too. Seaglass Wine Co. October is National Seafood Month. If you are looking for a great BYOB sip to tote down to your favorite seafood spot, Seaglass Wine is lovely to pair with that fresh catch. It won’t break the bank either, so it’s great for gatherings too. We just did our fall lobster boil in the backyard and this was a hit with our friends.

This Dress. I wore this dress to the farm market when we picked up our first pumpkins and mums of the season and 2 ladies asked me where it was from because they loved it so much. It comes in a blue plaid too, but I do love this fall paisley. I can’t wait to share our fall doorway soon… it’s almost ready! Shop Dress
The Fall Poncho. I have been wearing this leather trimmed poncho a lot lately. It works so well for casual outings but elevates your outfit, if you know what I mean. So warm too. Soccer games, pumpkin patches, wine tastings…great for all those places. It comes in other colors too but I love the off white poncho. Shop Poncho
Mr. Bones. I shared our spooky Halloween bookcase and I got some DM’s about our skeleton. This one is 5ft. tall and I found him at Lowes. He is posable and only $35.
