I can’t believe Memorial Day Weekend is just days away! The unofficial kickoff to summer has me switching up my wardrobe for these warmer temps. Today, I wanted to introduce you to Holly Shae Design, an apparel and accessories brand. Holly is one talented designer and I simply love her classic style with a twist. The Catherine Dress in White & Seersucker
The Catherine is a lovely easy-breezy style with an empire waist and adjustable built-in tie. It’s 100% seersucker and lined and I love the puff sleeve detail. It has pockets, which you know I’m a fan of always! I wore this in Maine and Essex recently and received so many compliments on this beautiful dress. I wear a size 8/10 in most dresses and the M/L fits perfect. Being 5’11 it is a nice length. I find the XS/M is a tad too short for my frame. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear as a day dress and looks great dressed up for evenings.
The Arden Dress in Chambray
The Arden is a casual dress that is 100% cotton and lined with a stand up collar and covered placket. With 3/4 sleeves and a shorter hemline, it’s a great beach dress or works well as a cover-up. Cute as a day dress too. I’m wearing a M/L in the Arden. It’s your new go-to chambray shirtdress. I am curvy on top and bottom and I find the M/L has plenty of room.
The Haley Midi Shirtdress
The Haley is a one size fits all style that has darling puff sleeves and a sash to take in the waist. This was another hit, my husband loved this one on me. It’s 100% cotton and lined, has a toile pattern, and can fit sizes 2-14. I love the slight tapering to the knee too. The piped sash is super smart and it keeps its shape. It is really flattering on! It comes in 3 colors.
The Grace Tunic Dress
The Grace is definitely another favorite to add in the summer rotation. It’s the same fit as the Arden, but a maxi length and has slits on both sides. This was another hit around town. It’s 100% cotton seersucker, lined, has a stand-up collar and 3/4 sleeves. A go-to dress for all your summer activities day or night. This dress is also available in plus sizing. I’m wearing the XS/M size here and it was a great fit. The M/L would work too if you want it looser and tad longer.
