I’m getting a major spring travel bug! I think it’s because we had so many health things going on in our family since August last year. We are all itching to get out and about again! Topher and I were in the car this morning, and he said, “The first nice spring day we get, we are dining on the shore.” I definitely feel that right now!
March is probably my least favorite month of the year, just because it’s gray, and everything is dormant and bland after the snow melts. It’s that time of year when you wear all your rain gear and can still wear sweaters and wool jackets out. This week’s sharing is centered around that idea.
Here’s what caught my eye this week…
Barbour restock
If you have to wear a rain poncho, you might as well make it a classic! This Barbour poncho folds up very small, the size of a wallet, and fits in your bag easily. It is restocked, but they sell out fast every year.
I purchased this Barbour jacket last year for a little fall update to my wardrobe, and I’m so pleased with this style of the classic waxed jacket. It looks so great in the spring too, with all that rainy weather. For a weekend look, I love to wear it with a pair of relaxed denim with a classic blouse tucked in. Great with loafers or trade them out for ankle rain boots.

This wool cape I get a lot of use out of in the early spring and fall every year. It makes the most basic outfit looked classy and extra polished. I just love these and have been eyeing the houndstooth version for fall this year. The fit is so good!
