Top Finds of 2025

Last year, I found some great finds for my wardrobe, beauty routine, home, and travel. Here’s the top things that made the cut from 2025, and I’ll share more about each item in the write up below.

Going into 2026, I’m going to do a great closet purge…it’s been on my mind. I’m definitely taking a less is more approach to what I bring into my home, and add to my closet this year. So, be certain that everything I’m sharing here from last year are the things I’m taking with me into 2026. All worth the purchase, all things I use and reach for often.

best of 2025

Beauty Finds

Omnilux Red Light Therapy Mask | I was really skeptical about this one for awhile. I wasn’t sure if it was worth the hype or price tag. Well, my friends, it truly is worth the hype! I use mine about 3-4x a week, and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve done for my skincare routine. I’ve seen a huge change in my skin’s overall tone being more even. It’s diminished the fine lines I started to get once I hit my upper 40’s. In truth, I’ve been lucky with not having wrinkles yet, and just a few appear by my eyes when smiling…but those are so faint now. Also, it’s diminished the minor hormonal breakouts I use to get when it’s that time of the month. That was a nice surprise. For reference, I’ve been using it religiously since last August. It’s a permanent treatment in my skincare routine now. I just wash my face with a gentle cleanser, and wear this for 10 minutes at night before bed. Then, I apply my serum and moisturizer. So easy!

Remedy Pre-Cleansing Balm | I receive a lot of beauty products to try for my review here, and a lot of times I don’t share them, because I don’t see any real great benefit. This one is an exception. This is hands down the best make-up removing balm I’ve ever used. I love the twist dispenser too. It takes off everything, but is gentle on your skin.

Tula 24-7 Moisture Hydrating Day & Night Cream | In the winter, I reach for lotions and potions more, since the cold and dry air wants to wreak havoc on my skin. I tried a whole bunch this winter season, and this one is my favorite. It makes your skin just glow and feel so soft without feeling greasy. I use this in the morning after I shower, and again before bed. My friend, who is an esthetician, recommends this whole line of Tula Skincare, and I just started using it for winter on my face. I just love it!

Beauty Bio Swipe & Glow Pads | These are another winner! I use these when I travel in place of toner, and in the AM before I apply SPF and make-up. They really make your skin have a healthy glow and minimize pores with AHA, BHA, & PHA acids. It’s a great primer for your skin.

Saltair Serum Deodorant | I grabbed this at Target over the summer, when hunting for a new aluminum-free deodorant, and I am hooked now. It goes on clear, dries clear, has a pleasant light scent, and actually works! It contains AHAs and prevents ingrown hairs from shaving. The Seascape version is my favorite.

Home Finds…

POLYWOOD Outdoor Furniture | Last year, we upgraded our patio furniture and built a fire pit with Adirondack chairs around it in our backyard. We knew we wanted something that we could keep outside all year long, and that’s why POLYWOOD is perfect! It’s designed for the elements, and in the spring I’ll just give it a power-washing. Everything is so sturdy and comfortable. The white is perfect for our New England home. We have the Nautical Curveback Adirondack Chairs, the Lakeside Farmhouse Dining Set on our patio, and use their Chippendale Bar Cart on our patio or by the fire pit for seasonal entertaining. All these pieces coordinate so well together.

Cordless Rechargeable Brass Petite Lamps | I love layers of soft light in our interiors, and these were such a good buy for $25! The charge lasts longer than the other rechargeable lamps we have, and I love the classic brass and pleated shade. They are so great on a bar cart, outdoors for dinners, on a dining table, or on the kitchen counter.

The Classic Ralph Lauren Flag Pillow | I added this iconic pillow to our home last summer, and it fits in so well with our summer home style. You can’t go wrong with a classic!

Travel Finds

Steamline Architect Luggage | Some truly beautifully made and designed luggage. The leather, fabric lining, hardware details are just too good! The Architect Cream Check-in Spinner is a great suitcase for road trips. The matching Architect Cream Vanity Bag is great for make-up and beauty products. I feel like a fancy traveller when I use these– ha,ha!

Mark & Graham Sutton Flannel Plaid Travel Bags | I fell in love with these gorgeous plaid and leather travel bags this fall and winter. The Sutton Plaid Weekender Bag was favorite fall and winter travel bag last year. I just used it again this January for a winter weekend in Vermont. The matching Sutton Plaid Travel Tote Bag I use to hold things I like to keep available while we drive on our trips. I’ve also used the tote bag to hold my laptop case & accessories with my work stuff too. I love this set so much!

Business & Pleasure Hemingway Cooler Bench | A nautical style cooler that can double as seating?! Count me way in. Last summer we added the Hemingway Cooler Bench to our travels. It quickly became our favorite cooler to take the beach and on the boat. We stock it with ice, drinks, and eats before we hit the road. I can’t tell you how many people have come up to us on the beach asking about it!

Spring & Summer Style Finds

Beau & Ro Margot Dress | I purchased this dress when I was on Nantucket last summer, and I wore it so much. It’s such a staple maxi dress and looks really good on. It’s easy, breezy, and looks put together without trying too hard.

Tuckernuck Prado Skirt | Another piece that is such a spring and summer staple. This tiered maxi skirt looks great with just a white tee or tank. It’s so lightweight, doesn’t wrinkle easily, and a great essential maxi skirt to have in your summer line-up.

Dolce Vita Woven Raffia Ballet Flats | These are better than a flat sandal when you want to mix it up. They are so comfortable! They look great with skirts, dresses, and shorts. I wore these so much last season, that I’m going to order a couple of other colors for this season.

Mark & Graham Sunday Woven Market Tote | This blue and natural woven basket bag with leather handles is a great farmer’s market bag. I love taking this on the water too. It holds so much, and coordinates well with my summer wardrobe. Win-win!

Fall & Winter Style Finds

Ivory Galway Fisherman Sweater | If you are looking for an over-sized fisherman sweater this one I have been living in since September. I have a classic fit Irish Wool Fisherman and my L.L. Bean Fisherman, but I wanted that oversized cozy up kind of sweater too. The weave is really well done, and I love that the collar is more substantial.

J. Crew Bootcut Jeans | This is such a good fit! They look great dressed up or down. I love the denim and they hold their shape. If you are tall like me–they have talls. These are an instant classic.

Hyacinth House Tan Miller Maxi Dress | Last year, I wanted to add a dress to my wardrobe that I could wear in August when we still have hot days, and still wear all the way through fall. This dress is gorgeous. It lays so well. I even wore it for Thanksgiving this year. It’s one to keep in the rotation for sure.

J. Crew Rollneck Sweater | To start off, this sweater is a hug. The soft cotton and relaxed fit is perfect. It is soft on the skin and looks great on. I did order it a size down based off reviews.

Lands’ End Expedition Parka | This was a purchase out of need. I broke the zipper on my old parka, and wanted a neutral replacement. I have this exact coat in red, but ordered the green for an everyday for cold winter days. This is extremely warm without feeling bulky. For temps below freezing this is a game-changer. I love the fur on the hood and fleece lining. It’s on sale now too.

Bulova Sutton Gold Bracelet Watch | A classic gold watch you can wear everyday. I am making it a point this year to only add in things I really love and have a need for. I didn’t have a watch except for an heirloom. I wanted one that wasn’t too precious to wear everyday. This one is a classic.
