Something about the new year and winter always makes me want to lean into a neutral wardrobe a bit more, especially after the bright reds and tartans of holiday time. Today, I’m sharing new pieces I’ve added into my winter line-up for the season and a few of these pieces will be great year round too.
Here’s my Winter Neutrals Wardrobe Edit…
Beach Tote. Boat Tote. SNOW TOTE.
First things first. Let’s talk about a tote you can use year round! This striped tote is waterproof, has grommets at the bottom so sand and water easily drain out, and it’s super durable. It makes a great tote for all your outings and the large size is perfect for ski gear! It holds your boots, goggles, hand warmers, and gloves easily.
I’m looking forward to using this one all year long from beach days to pool days, sailing days to soccer mornings—-It’s such a great tote to have in your rotation!

October thru March, I’m always in a scarf when I head out most of the time. I love this camel one paired with a winter white outfit. These Italian wool scarves are such great quality and you can’t beat the price either!

One way I like to elevate a casual winter look is to wear the same color on top and bottom. One, it elongates and two it looks classic and put together in an effortless way.
Here I have on winter whites in a quilted cotton mock neck top and slim corduroys. When I wear boots, I usually end up in skinnies or straight slims just because they look better for proportions. I know that the above the ankle, looser fit jeans are all the rage, but they aren’t practical for snow and colder days. So these corduroys are a great find and they come in tall and petite sizing too.
I love the looks of a good alpine hiking boot for winter. These sherpa lined boots are so cute and work well with the neutral palette. They come in a darker leather too, but I like that lighter tan for winter whites.
