Favorite J. Crew Spring Finds

The weather has just been magnificent this week! We have been doing a lot of walks outside and enjoying the green grass, birds chirping, and flowers blooming. Today, I wanted to share a couple of J. Crew purchases that I’ve been really happy with lately. I love a crisp white dress for spring and summer and they have so many good ones to choose from right now at J. Crew and J. Crew Factory.

Here’s a few recent J. Crew favorites…

The Elena Dress

The Elena Dress has been a really popular one, and though it does not come in tall sizes, I think with it being a midi dress that it works fine if you are over 5’10” like me. The only slight alteration I would want is the waist to hit a tad lower, but I think I’ll belt this in the next time I wear it. I love the fullness of the skirt and the oversized sleeves. If you are 5’9″and below, it should hit your waistline perfectly. If you are between sizes, I would order one size down.

The Eyelet Mini Dress

This Eyelet Mini Dress runs a tad smaller on top than J. Crew Factory’s other minis in the same cut. I would order one size up if you have a larger bust. It’s so cute and a great price–only $44.50. I ordered my regular size and the sleeves hit perfect. It’s a great weekend dress and is perfect for these spring temps in the high 60’s and low 70’s.

I’ve been loving J. Crew’s monthly collections so much this past year. It reminds me of the J. Crew I grew up with and sometimes it has me thinking on those catalogs I used to get in the mail. There are so many dresses I have my eye on from there right now and I’ll share a couple more soon.
