Happy July!! It’s such a beautiful month here in New England! Summer is in full swing with boats on the water, flags on every home and lamp post, and blooms galore. I have never loved summer as much as I do now living here.
I’m excited to announce I have a really good line-up for you in the next couple of months. Travel is back on the menu! I’ll be showing you some beautiful places and how to safely travel to and around them with the COVID-19 protocols in place and safety measures here in New England.
Without further ado…
Here is what is on my radar for July…

-
Nantucket—
I am headed bACK 😉 camera in hand to capture and enjoy one of my favorite places on earth. I hope you like hydrangeas and the ocean because you’re going to see a lot of them this month! Also, I am going to share what it is like to travel there and be on the island right now with COVID safety practices.
-
Kennebunkport, Maine—
We selected a family vacation in Maine this year. I am so looking forward to slowing down and enjoying the coast. I am just grateful that we are allowed to go! We’ll be eating our weight in lobster, sailing aboard a beautiful schooner, and delighting in lighthouses and beach days once again.
-
Essex, Connecticut—
I am really excited about this one! I don’t want to share too much yet, but I’ll be giving you an Essex experience like I haven’t shared on here before. It’s going to be towards the end of the month and content might run into August too.

Local Connecticut—
I’m going to be sharing some local love with a few of my favorite Connecticut purveyors of fine clothing and gifts.
-
Playing Favorites—
Some brands I share on here consistently will be showing up again this month with some mid-summer offerings you’ll love. Think linen, stripes, and sun protective clothing.

We have a couple of sailing excursions this month and I will be sharing those experiences on here.
As always, those are just the planned highlights…more things to come.
