Happy Friday! There’s a hint of fall in the air, and I for one am all about it. I’m ready for all the fall things. Soccer games, crisp morning walks, seeing the leaves start to turn, and bringing a little fall haul home to decorate our front door. We are in the ‘BER’ months, and pretty soon we’ll be throwing on sweaters and thinking about the holidays. My son has his first soccer game tonight, and I’m excited to be in the season!

White after Labor Day?
It used to be taboo, but white after Labor Day is becoming less of a faux pas in recent years. In fact, white all year long is becoming a mainstay. If you are looking for a great white dress to wear this September, this Amelia Dress by J. Crew has been a favorite and is on sale right now. I wore it over Labor Day weekend.

In need of a 2025 planner?
Are you a writer-downer? I know in this age of technology and digital everything, sometimes this has become a lost art. But, I for one use digital planning and I also write down things on a calendar. I use my digital calendar for work and integrating with my assistants, but I love a planner to outline blog posts and content creation for the year. Something about the act of writing things down helps my creative process, and I prefer the tactile to the digital. My friend, Maggie York, partnered with Ashley Shelly to create a chic yearly planner for 2025. I’m looking forward to using it for my 2025 content planning. I love that it has pages for notes each month. This would make a beautiful gift or stocking stuffer too.

The return of the J. Crew catalog…
Well, isn’t this a fun little surprise! I used to love to get the J. Crew catalog in the mail and dog-ear all the pages with things I wanted to order. I loved the story and the photography just as much as the products on the page. J. Crew just announced that something special will be showing up in our mailboxes this September. They will be printing 3 catalogs a year and adding extension pieces on the app. I love the throwback, what do you think?
